Four people, two organizations
The Coalition has no staff and no payroll of its own. It is coordinated by the executive directors of its two member organizations — which is what “operated jointly” means in practice.
Two of these four run the organizations that operate the Coalition. A third works the Capitol year round. The fourth is a parent.

Why there is no separate board
The Coalition is not its own organization, so it has no board of its own. Governance sits with the boards of Texas Central Bleeding Disorders and Lone Star Bleeding Disorders Foundation, which operate the Coalition jointly.
That is also why nobody here is paid by the Coalition: there is nothing to be paid by.
